Notice of Intention to Marry (NOIM)
This link takes you to the Attorney General's site where you can access the NOIM. This is the form that needs to be completed at the very start of your marriage process. It needs to be completed, signed and lodged with a Celebrant at least one month prior to the proposed ceremony date.
